Sulaymaniyah, On 7 November 2008, Her Excellency Ms. Margaret Huber, Ambassador of Canada to Iraq and Jordan accompanied by a Delegation from the Embassy visited Asuda's office and received by Ms. Khanum Raheem Lateef, Asuda's Programme Manager.

Ms. Huber discussed with Ms. Lateef the situation of women's rights in Kurdidstan and Iraq as well as Asuda's activities in the region.

Asuda's Programme Manager briefed the Embassy delegation on Asuda's  activities and projects. Ms. Huber and Ms. Lateef also discussed other issues of common interest as well as ways of establishing mutual cooperation.
