Asuda received Kvinna till Kvinna grant to develop the services that Asuda is providing in the shelter and for women who need support and deal with cases of physical, psychological and sexual abuse of women.

In August 2008, Asuda received the grant from KtK and started to implement activities and tasks set forth in the agreement between Asuda and KtK.

The KtK grant came at a very critical time while Asuda was attacked. The attack on Asuda shelter inflicted property damage to the shelter prmises that needed repair and rehabilitation. The KtK support was also instrumental to develop ad ehnace the services provided by Asuda and imporve the database system as well as the Hotlline service which will soon be enhanced.
