Sulaymaniyah, A delegation represeinting the Directorate of Following Up Violence against Women visited Asuda and met with Ms. Khanum Raheem Lateef, Asuda's Director. The delegation was headed by Police Lieutenant Colonel, Sarkawt Omer Ahmed, the Department's Director and comprised several senior staff of the department.

Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed discussed with Asuda the activities of the organizations and applauded the protection work of Asuda. Both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding [MoU] to enhance future cooperation and coordination between Asuda and the Directorate of Following UP Violence against Women.

Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed concluded the visit by presenting the Emblem of GBV Department as a token of appreciation for the work and activities of Asuda.
